Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. We take this right seriously and will process your request promptly.
What gets deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently delete:
Your Applymind account and profile information
All job search history and saved jobs
All application records and pipeline data
Your Google OAuth tokens (disconnecting Drive and Gmail)
All activity logs and credit transaction records (except where required by law)
Your email address and any contact information
What is not deleted
Resume files saved to your Google Drive — these are in your Drive and under your control. You can delete them directly from Google Drive.
Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
Transaction records required for tax compliance — retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
Timeline
We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Alternative: delete your own account
If you are signed in, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings without submitting this form. Account deletion from settings initiates the same deletion process described above.
