By signing in to Applymind at applymind.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Orzyn.
Applymind is an AI-powered job search and application platform that helps users discover job opportunities, generate tailored resumes, submit job applications, and track application status. The service is provided on a freemium basis — core features are free and AI-powered actions consume credits purchased by the user.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Applymind. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Applymind uses Google Sign-In exclusively for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Applymind account. Notify us immediately at support@applymind.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use Applymind to:
Applymind uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate resumes, cover letters, and application emails. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is submitted to employers. Applymind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. We recommend reviewing every resume and email before applying.
By connecting your Google Drive and Gmail, you grant Applymind permission to save files to your Drive and send emails on your behalf. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking permissions will disable the resume-saving and email-apply features but will not affect your core account.
The Applymind platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Orzyn. You retain ownership of all content you provide, including your profile information and any resumes generated using your data. By using Applymind, you grant Orzyn a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
Applymind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job applications submitted through Applymind will result in interviews or employment. Job search results depend on external sources and may not be complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orzyn's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Applymind shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Applymind after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
