Refund policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Applymind. If something goes wrong with a credit purchase, we will work with you to make it right.

Credit top-ups (one-time purchases)

You are eligible for a full refund on a credit top-up if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not used any of the purchased credits
  • The purchase was made in error or you were charged incorrectly

Partial refunds may be considered if you have used some credits but encountered a significant technical issue that prevented the service from functioning as described.

Monthly subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a subscription period.
  • If you are charged after cancellation due to a system error, we will issue a full refund.
  • New subscribers who cancel within 48 hours of their first charge and have not used the subscription credits are eligible for a full refund.

Non-refundable situations

  • Credits that have been consumed (used for job searches, resume generation, or applications)
  • Purchases older than 30 days
  • Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
  • Free credits provided as part of the signup bonus

Technical issues

If credits were deducted but the AI action failed to complete — for example, a resume was not generated or an email was not sent due to a platform error — we will restore those credits to your account. Contact us with the details of the failed action and we will investigate and restore credits within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email us at billing@applymind.ai with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the purchase
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your Razorpay or Stripe payment reference number (found in your payment confirmation email)

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can resolve most issues faster directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
